Best gym in Macon! I’ve been to multiple gyms throughout Macon and the middle ga area. This beats them all by far! 24 hours key card access, friendliest people/staff, and all the equipment your heart desires. Strictly for weights and cardio which I prefer. I don’t need or want to pay extra for classes or a pool or a basketball court.

Absolutely love this gym! There is every bit of equipment that you could need. Bathrooms are clean and stocked. Ownership is present and friendly! Cannot recommend this gym enough!

Travel extensively for work and don't miss training sessions (focused on powerlifting) so I have a lot of experience with different gyms across the country. Also need ones with 24/7 or very early access due to work schedule. Was able to easily get a week pass while working at Warner Robins and get in there very early for workouts. Very well stocked with quality power racks, benches, tons of plates, and great assistance equipment for serious lifting. Also some classic pieces like roman chairs that you just don't see anymore in globogyms. Only suggestion would be to get a few new bars and mark the ones to only be used for the primary lifts (mainly no rack pulls or oly lifting or anything like that) as there were quite a few with bends. Maybe they had some marked and I just didn't see them because I was only there a few days and it was very well stocked. Will definitely get another temp pass here if I have to work at WR again.

Fitness Xtreme in Macon is the spot. Kevin, the owner, is awesome — super welcoming, knows his stuff, and keeps the place running right. Prices are fair, the gym stays clean, and the equipment is always ready to go. I’ve been putting in work here and I’m officially ripped now. Like the kind of ripped where coworkers start asking what I’ve been doing. Simple answer: Fitness Xtreme. If you want a clean gym, great atmosphere, and an owner who genuinely cares, this is the place to be. 💪😄🔥
